  • Patent number: 11291162
Abstract: Pneumatic cushions for soft reception of harvested fruit on mechanized fruit harvesters, comprise an assembly that includes a reception tray and a rubber membrane, wherein the whole assembly has a polygonal shape. The rubber membrane is stretched over the upper side and side edges of the reception tray, and attached to the side surfaces of the tray. The membrane is glued around the entire side perimeter of the tray and may be secured by means of a safety tape. On the part opposite to the sides, on the bottom of the tray, are fitted blow-holes for release of air from underneath the membrane. On the corner of the tray, formed by sides, is fitted a mechanism for revolving connection of the tray to the support and to air supply pipe.

  • Publication number: 20200253122
Abstract: The invention relates to pneumatic cushions for soft reception of harvested fruit on mechanized fruit harvesters, meant to cushion the fall of harvested fruit wherein the assembly (3) consists of a plastic reception tray (4) and a rubber membrane (5), and the whole assembly (3) has a polygonal shape. The rubber membrane (5), which is most favourably made of food-grade rubber, is stretched over the upper side of the reception tray (4) and the side edges of the tray (4), and attached to the side surfaces of the tray (4). The membrane (5) is glued around the entire side perimeter of the tray (4) and secured by means of a safety tape (6). On the part opposite to sides (c, d), on the bottom of the tray (4), are fitted blow-holes (7) for release of air from underneath the membrane (5).

  • Patent number: 9345195
Abstract: The invention relates to the air blast soft fruit harvesting device comprising an air flow director (1), pulsator (2), distancing channel (3), segmented extension (4) and blower fan (5) assembly. The distancing channel (3) is connected with the segmented extension (4) on the top side and with the pulsator (2) on the bottom side, whereas the pulsator (2) is simultaneously connected with the air flow director (1) on the bottom side, and the segmented extension (4) is connected with the blower fan (5). The blower fan (5) constantly sends air to the director (1), through the segmented extension (4), distancing channel (3) and pulsator (2) directing the air towards a fruit shrub, thus shaking ripe fruits. In the course of the rotation of the pulsator (2) rotor (32), the pulsator (2) alternately sends air, in a single cycle, through the channels (6, 7 and 8), and then through the channels (9, 10 and 11) of the director (1), where the air flow leaving the pulsator (2) varies, achieving its power impact.
