Abstract: An under hair forming tool can shave off or cut off the overflowing part of the under hair of a person except the necessary part thereof requiring neither skill nor care. The under hair forming tool is characterized in that an adhesive layer (2) is laid on the rear surface of an under hair contour sheet plate (1) having a predetermined profile. Preferably, the under hair forming tool is provided on the surface of the adhesive layer (2) with a peeling sheet layer (3) having a profile same as that of the under hair contour sheet plate (1) and/or perforations (6) arranged along the peripheral edge of the peeling sheet layer with a predetermined margin. To put the under hair forming tool in position, the peeling sheet layer (3) is peeled off at the outside of the perforations (6) to expose the underlying adhesive layer (2) and the under hair contour sheet plate (1) is applied accurately to the part of the under hair to be left at the rear surface thereof.
