A hinged adjustment plate engaged against adjustment tabs lifts and flexes the top plate into at least four different height levels for multiple functions, including lumbar support positioned between a user's back and the seat, thigh support positioned on a seat behind a user's knee, a foot rest with the device placed on the floor, and a head rest positioned with the front plate placed on a tray table.
