In one embodiment, a cinch can include a base member configured to be attached to a body of a receptacle, a first member that can be substantially parallel to the base member, and a second member that can extend outwardly from the base member and is substantially transverse to the first member, wherein the inner surfaces of the base, first, and second members can define a handle. A slot for retaining a flexible liner can extend from the inner to the outer surface of the first member and a through-hole in the second member can be configured to receive the flexible liner.
