    Abstract: A method includes identifying one or more characteristics associated with a current operational environment. The method also includes identifying one or more simulated scenarios having one or more characteristics that are similar to or match the one or more characteristics associated with the current operational environment. The method further includes identifying one or more cutoff values associated with the one or more simulated scenarios and one or more recommended courses of action associated with the one or more simulated scenarios. The method also includes using the one or more cutoff values to generate at least one notification, where the at least one notification is associated with the current operational environment. In addition, the method includes presenting the one or more recommended courses of action to at least one user or a decision engine for initiation within the current operational environment.
