  • Patent number: 6746607
Abstract: The invention concerns the use of an adsorptive size exclusion chromatography gel, said gel essentially consisting of a polysaccharide matrix whereon is grafted a polymer coupled with an affinity ligand and having a cleavage threshold ranging between 2 kDa and 60 kDa for eliminating a purifying biomolecules.

  • Patent number: 4833075
Abstract: Luciferase is immobilized on a membrane prepared from an absorbent albuminoid such as procine skin gelatin. The membrane may be formed by spreading a solution of porcine skin gelatin on a support and after incubation and drying removing the resultant membrane from the support. Preferably, the membrane is crosslinked with a solution of glutaraldehyde, and luciferase is immobilized by saturating the membrane with luciferase in the presence of dithiothreitol. The immobilized luciferase is particularly suitable for the quantitative determination of adenosine triphosphoric acid (ATP).

Date of Patent: May 23, 1989
Assignee: Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique
    Inventors: Mookambeswaran Vijayalakshmi, Rajgopal Sunanda
  • Patent number: 4666604
Abstract: A novel elution complex is provided more especially for affinity chromatography and affinity precipitation for recovering in particular luciferase hexokinase and lactate dehydrogenase. This complex comprises 1 mM to 30 mM of MgSO.sub.4, from 30 mM to 50 mM of EDTA, possibly about 5 mM of ribose or mannose and possibly about 1 mM of DTT.
