Abstract: Disclosed herein is a stator assembly for a motor including: a core member provided with a ring shaped yoke part and a plurality of coil winding parts spaced apart from each other at equidistance in a circumferential direction to be extended from the yoke part; and a tip member alternately provided with at least one mounting part having hollow parts and made of a magnetic material and at least one connecting part disposed between the mounting parts, wherein each of the end portions of the coil winding parts is fixedly positioned at each of the hollow parts.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a rotor assembly, including: a rotor portion provided with an insertion hole into which a rotating shaft is inserted; and a magnet inserted into an embedded hole radially formed at a cross section axially vertical to the shaft of the rotor portion outwardly from the rotor portion, wherein the magnet is formed so that a width in a direction vertical to a radial direction of the magnet gradually increases from the shaft radially outwardly from the rotor portion. According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, more magnets can be arranged in the same area, the freedom of design can be improved, and the flux amount can be increased, by the structural change of the magnet embedded in the rotor portion.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a rotor assembly for a motor in which separation type rotor cores having the other polarity are disposed between core members of integral type rotor cores having one polarity and the separation type rotor cores and the integral type rotor cores are fixed to each other using wedges or injection molding materials that are formed of a non-magnetic material, such that movement of magnetic fluxes between the integral type rotor cores and the separation type rotor core may be minimized, and a manufacturing method thereof.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a switched reluctance motor including: a stator including a plurality of magnets and stator salient poles disposed between the plurality of magnets; and a rotor including salient poles formed at an inner diameter thereof so as to face the stator salient poles, wherein three stator salient poles are disposed between the magnets, the number of stator salient poles is 6*N and the number of salient poles of the rotor facing the stator salient poles is 3*N, where N indicates a natural number of 2 or more.
