The method includes: receiving an advertising message broadcasted from at least one mobile terminal; extracting an advertisement according to a user situation using profile information set by a user of the mobile terminal; and presenting and displaying the extracted advertisement.

Abstract: A method for updating a map in a navigation terminal via fusion of broadcasting and telecommunications includes: receiving map contents of the map from a broadcast center via a broadcast network; classifying the map contents received via the broadcast network into updatable map contents and un-updatable map contents which have dependencies with map contents having not been received by the navigation terminal; and updating the map using the updatable map contents. The method further includes requesting the broadcast center via a wired/wireless telecommunications network to download map contents of the map, which have not been received but have dependencies with the un-updatable map contents; receiving the requested map contents from the broadcast center via the wired/wireless telecommunications network; and updating the map by aggregating the un-updatable map contents with the requested map contents.

The servlet code analyzer considers the flexibility of coding permitted by the servlet program and the use of a multi-language, and the visualizer helps the understanding of the existing legacy program. The business logic extractor extracts the reusable module by extracting the business logic within many user interface related codes, and thus enable the reuse of software. The EJB component generator generates java codes in a jar file that can be deployed.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for wrapping existing procedure oriented program into component based system are disclosed. In identification algorithm identifying a function capable of being reused in an existing system, user adjusts weighting value of basic constituent elements on the basis of only a general knowledge of a system such as use case without detailed knowledge about the system, so that a business logic is identified easily in top-down, and that a workflow of the system is identified in bottom-up to component wrap the identified business logic, thereby generating automatically the necessary constraint condition and the external interface.

Abstract: Disclosed is a static-electricity absorbing mat for access floors which is attached to the upper side of the access floors, each structured such that cables including electrical lines and communication lines are positioned throughout channels at the underside of the access floor. The mat comprises an insulating resin layer constituting the upper part of the static-electricity absorbing mat, and a conductive sheet integrally attached to the underside of the insulating resin layer. Furthermore, the mat has advantages of low construction cost and securing a static-electricity preventing effect without worry of scratching or staining.
