  • Publication number: 20240074155
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a substrate, a bit line extending on the substrate in a first direction, first and second active patterns on the bit line, a back-gate electrode between the first and second active patterns and extending across the bit line and in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction, a first word line extending in the second direction at one side of the first active pattern, a second word line extending in the second direction at the other side of the second active pattern, and a contact pattern connected to each of the first and second active patterns, wherein the contact pattern sequentially includes an epitaxial growth layer, a doped polysilicon layer, and a silicide layer.

  • Patent number: 11602464
Abstract: An absorbent article which can have an improved vertical absorption capability in the depth direction of the absorbent article. The absorbent article can have a topsheet layer, a backsheet layer, and an absorbent system positioned between the topsheet layer and the backsheet layer. The absorbent system can have at least a fluid intake layer and an absorbent core. The fluid intake layer can provide the absorbent article with a raised portion which can improve the vertical absorption capability in the depth direction of the absorbent article.

  • Patent number: 10842688
Abstract: An absorbent article includes two planar liquid permeable topsheet layers with a first topsheet layer suspended from the longitudinal ends of the second topsheet layer. The first topsheet layer is of shorter length than the second topsheet layer such that the relaxed absorbent article includes a curvature along its length. The first topsheet layer defines a central opening and two end openings which allow for air circulation through the article and also for the second topsheet layer to be seen through the openings in the first topsheet layer. While the first topsheet layer is at least extensible, it is desirably elastic.

  • Patent number: 10667960
Abstract: An absorbent article can have a topsheet layer, a backsheet layer, and an absorbent system positioned between the topsheet layer and the backsheet layer. The absorbent system can have at least a fluid intake layer, an absorbent core, and a distribution layer. The fluid intake layer and the absorbent core can define an aligned annular opening in the absorbent system and can maintain the topsheet layer in a spaced apart relationship from the distribution layer.

  • Publication number: 20180140475
Abstract: An absorbent article can have a chassis which can have a backsheet layer, a topsheet layer, and an absorbent system positioned between the backsheet layer and the topsheet layer. A portion of the backsheet layer can be bonded to a portion of the topsheet layer in an area. A pair of non-integral side covers can be bonded to the chassis in a position which overlays the bond between the backsheet layer and the topsheet layer. A pair of non-integral wings can be bonded to the backsheet layer of the chassis and are separate from the side covers.

  • Publication number: 20110015976
Abstract: This invention relates to a voucher system and method for generating and redeeming vouchers. The voucher system includes a generation module adapted to generate a voucher code upon a request of a purchaser and a redemption module adapted to utilize the voucher code such that a recipient, upon validation of the voucher code, accesses the associated items. The voucher code is associated with at least two items selected by the purchaser. The generation module allows the purchaser to select an item to be associated with the voucher code from a wish-list of the purchaser or the recipient. Upon redeeming the voucher, the recipient receives the associated items at a designated user account.
