Abstract: Novel wheat milling derivative products obtained from one or more non-food wheat milling products are described, as well as methods for making the same. The wheat milling derivative products enable up to 15% by weight of cellulosic fibers in paper or in paper packaging to be displaced, diminishing the negative environmental impacts heretofore associated with the making of these paper and paper packaging products and thus improving the sustainability of these paper and paper packaging products, and derive from non-food wheat milling products already realized in conventional wheat milling.
