  • Publication number: 20240127033
Abstract: Methods and systems for generating a prediction value of a Neural Network (NN). The method is executable by a processor and comprises generating, by the processor employing a feature extraction sub-network, a plurality of features based on an input object, generating, by the processor employing a detection sub-network, a detection output based on the plurality of features, the detection sub-network having been trained to generate the detection output indicative of a human-interpretable output for a given portion of the input object; generating, by the processor employing a prediction sub-network, the prediction value based on the human-interpretable output and the given portion of the input object; and providing, by the processor, an indication of the prediction value and the human-interpretable output via a user interface.

  • Patent number: 7434824
Abstract: An automatically engageable and releasable brake apparatus adaptable to be attached to a wheelchair is provided, including a connection mechanism adapted to be positioned on a rear frame portion of the wheelchair frame, a seat actuation member adapted to be positioned on the wheelchair seat, a brake actuating member coupled to the connection mechanism and in fluid communication with the seat actuation member defining a closed fluid system therewith, and a brake member coupled to the brake actuating member and adapted to contact a ground surface on which the wheelchair is located. Occupational ingress into the wheelchair causes fluid to flow from the seat actuation member to the brake actuating member, which causes the brake member to move from a first position in substantial contact with the ground surface on which the wheelchair is located to a second position spaced a distance above the ground surface.

  • Publication number: 20060153697
Abstract: A fluid provider assembly including a fluid provider housing having an intake end having a fluid intake vent and an opposed output end having a fluid output vent. A motor unit is positioned within the housing, and a fluid pressurization unit is interposed between the intake end and the motor unit for pressurizing fluid within the housing such that fluid expelled from the output vent has a higher pressure than fluid received through the intake vent. A portable sound damping case is also provided. The case has a base side, peripheral sidewalls, and a closeable top side. The base side has a fluid intake vent in a first position laterally spaced from a center point of the base. The intake end of the fluid provider assembly is positioned proximate the base of the case such that the fluid provider assembly intake vent is laterally offset from the first position.
