    Abstract: A differential amplifier circuit includes a differential amplifier unit powered by a power source voltage and supplied with a drive current for producing a differential output. A current source composed of a current mirror circuit is connected for supplying the drive current to the differential amplifier unit. A current control unit is provided for varying the drive current in proportion to the power source voltage.
