    Abstract: An apparatus for bone drilling comprising a support member with a guide hole having an aperture of predetermined diameter attached to the side of an object of drilling, and a drilling device having a rotative cutting implement (drill) to be rotated. A guide member is integrally or separately provided on the outer periphery of the rotative cutting implement (drill), and the diameter of the outer periphery of the guide member substantially corresponds to that of the guide hole.
