Abstract: A facility management local server is provided with a proxy work management unit that is communicatively coupled to a proxy management center server. If an error code is output while maintenance work that results in a change in a set value stored in a set value storage unit is being performed in a building to be maintained, the proxy work management unit allows proxy maintenance work to be performed via remote control from a maintenance worker terminal device that is communicatively coupled to the center server. Further, the proxy work management unit can display, on display units provided in the building to be maintained, a proxy request screen including an error code input field and an input field for receiving an input of the content of the maintenance work that was being performed in the building to be maintained when the error code was output.

Abstract: [Problem] To provide a system for installing and storing a traction operating table for lower limb joint surgery, the system enabling a traction operating table for lower limb joint surgery to be more easily installed on an operating table main body. [Solution] A traction operating table for lower limb joint surgery according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a main frame part provided with a main frame having two rod-shaped members; a position adjusting part provided with a moving frame that is movable, and a foot fixing portion for fixing a foot; and a supporting leg part joined to the position adjusting part to support the main frame part, and capable of adjusting the incline of the main frame part.

Abstract: Obtained is a remote update system for an elevator control program, which is capable of sequentially realizing update of control programs of a plurality of elevators with reduced communication time and costs without stopping the plurality of elevators at the same time. A server 10 delivers to a representative elevator 30(1) update data including differential information between the control program of a version before update and the control program of the latest version to be updated to through a communication line 20, and the representative elevator 30(1) and other elevators 30(2) to 30(N) sequentially transfer the update data according to a predetermined transfer order, and update their own control programs based on the update data including the differential data.
