    Abstract: Herein disclosed is a blower which includes an axial flow fan, a body case defining a wind tunnel for the axial flow fan, a wind deflector mounted in the front opening of the wind tunnel for free rotations therein, and a guard mounted in the rear opening of the wind tunnel. The wind deflector can supply a soft comfortable wind over a wide angular range if it is rotated at a low speed.
