  • Publication number: 20240088743
Abstract: A case body has a first opening that is open along a first direction and through which an inverter device is insertable, a surrounding wall portion disposed along the first direction so as to surround the first opening, and a second opening that is formed in the surrounding wall portion and through which a power cable is insertable. A cover member is fixed to the surrounding wall portion by a plurality of fastening members disposed away from each other along an opening edge of the first opening so as to cover the first opening. A second opening width in a direction orthogonal to the first direction is smaller than an opening width of the second opening in the first direction, and a pair of the fastening members is disposed on both sides across the second opening.

  • Publication number: 20240039362
Abstract: A vehicle drive device includes a rotary electric machine, an inverter device, and a case. The case includes a case body and a cover member. The case body is integrally formed so as to form a first housing chamber that houses the rotary electric machine and a second housing chamber that houses the inverter device, and has an opening that is open from the second housing chamber toward an outside of the case. The cover member is disposed so as to cover the opening, and includes a flat plate portion. A sheet-shaped damping member having a function of converting vibration into heat is attached so as to cover at least a part of the flat plate portion.

  • Patent number: 5574613
Abstract: It is an object to provide a lightning arrester having machinery built-in in which an axial length of an insulating tube which stores therein zinc oxide elements is reduced so that an attempt is made for miniaturization. The arrangement is as follows. That is, a metal cap with an inclination portion 11 which is fixed to one end of the insulating tube 4 which stores therein the zinc oxide elements 5 is made to a dish shape which projects toward the anti-side of the zinc oxide elements, openings 11a are formed in the inclined portion thereof so that the inside and the outside of the insulating tube 4 communicate with each other, an insulating medium is circulated through the openings 11a while a sufficient gap L is formed between the one end of the insulating container 4 and a ground bracket 15, and the zinc oxide elements 5 are cooled by the insulating medium.

  • Patent number: 5178027
Abstract: A bearing structure for an output shaft of an automatic transaxle employs a ball bearing, radial needle bearing and a thrust needle bearing in combination. The ball bearing and the radial needle bearing radially support the output shaft. On the other hand, the thrusting load to be exerted on the output shaft when it is driven by an output torque of the engine is received by the thrust needle bearing, and relatively small thrusting torque in reverse direction is received by the ball bearing. The ball bearing is provided on a side cover which is fixed to a transaxle casing. The radial thrust bearing is radially supported by the inner periphery of an output retainer. The thrust needle bearing is oriented at the opposite side to the ball bearing with respect to the output gear. A generally cylindrical retainer body having an axial end mating with a wall section of a transmission casing has a cylindrical projection extending from the axial end adjacent an inner circumferential edge.
