Abstract: According to one embodiment, an unattended (automated) vending apparatus includes a communication interface configured to connect to a server device, a container section for storing items of merchandise to be purchased, and a sensor device configured to detect a removal or return of an item of merchandise from or to the container section. A first display screen is provided to display information to a user. A second display screen is also provided to display information to the user. A processor is configured to identify the item of merchandise removed from the container section based on output from the sensor device, register the identified item of merchandise on a transaction list, cause the first display screen to display information relating to the registered item, and receive an indication that registration of items has been completed by the user and then display information relating to payment processing on the second display screen.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a mobile sales system includes a terminal device and a mobile sales device on which items to be sold can be mounted. The terminal device is used to designate a customer call position for the mobile sales device and is configured to transmit position information indicating the customer call position. The mobile sales device is configured to acquire the position information transmitted by the terminal device, move to a location corresponding to the acquired position information, and execute payment processing for an item removed from the mobile sales device by a customer.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a mobile sales device includes an accommodation unit to hold commodities to be purchased by a user, an operation display unit to display information to the user when purchasing a commodity held in the accommodation unit and to receive an input operation performed by the user during the purchasing of the commodity, and a commodity information display unit. The commodity information display unit is configured to display information about the commodities in the accommodation unit. A display controller is provided to cause at least one of the operation display unit and the commodity information display unit to display an advertisement during movement of the mobile sales device.

Abstract: An information collection system comprises a mobile terminal used by a potential customer in conjunction with trying on or testing items for sale, a mobile terminal used by salesperson assisting the customer, and a server capable of exchanging data with the mobile terminal. The server includes a storage unit to store a place ID and a user ID in association with each other and an item identification specified by a merchandise specification unit of the customer terminal in association with the place ID and the user ID. In addition, the server includes a second storage unit to store a place ID and a salesperson ID that is received from the salesperson terminal.

Abstract: A cooking assistance terminal includes a display unit and an acceptance unit. The display unit displays a list of ordered items included in order information from a customer. The acceptance unit accepts a selection command to select an ordered item with cooking completed, from the ordered items displayed in the list. The display unit also displays the ordered item on which the selection command is given, identifiably from the other ordered items, as an ordered item that is already cooked.
