Abstract: A device for dispensing a medical fluid, comprising a tube comprising a first medically acceptable material with a Shore A hardness in the range of 75 to 95, wherein the tube has an inner diameter (ID) and an outer diameter (AD), wherein the ratio of [ID:AD] is in the range of [1:1.8] to [1:2.5]; wherein the tube comprises a first end for receiving a fluid into the tube; wherein the tube comprises a second end configured to retain a fluid in the tube; one or more slits for dispensing a fluid from the tube, wherein the slits each form a passage extending from an inner side of the tube to an outer side of the tube; and wherein the slits are configured to reversibly open depending on the pressure of a fluid within the tube so that the fluid is dispensed from the slits.
