Abstract: An disposable air bag for measuring blood pressure having a diaphragm and a nipple mounted therein, the diaphragm having a plurality of waves for allowing the diaphragm to expand easily out of the air bag and a clip for disconnecting and connecting the nipple to and from one end of an air hose the other end of which is connected to an electronic blood pressure measuring device. Also disclosed is a blood pressure measuring device having ABS storing means for storing the stretching characteristics of an air bag as a function of the air volume in the air bag, AABPOA calculating means for calculating the actual pressure on the artery, and systolic/diastolic algorithm calculating means for determining the systolic and diastolic blood pressures partially based on the AABPOA calculating means.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a universal air connector for an air pump which fits all three types of air valves presently found on air tires for bicycles. The universal air connector basically comprises an outer connector for connecting to an American type air valve and an inner connector for connecting to a British or French type of air valve, the inner connector slidingly fitting inside the outer connector in the axial directions thereof but not in the radial direction thereof. The universal connector further comprises means for activating an air inlet pin inside the American type air valve, and means for connecting an air hose to said connectors.

Abstract: A poly back pack is disclosed comprising a plurality of folded poly bags wrapped in a thin film cover, the cover having an opening for allowing the folded poly bags to be sequentially pulled out therethrough, the folded poly bags being joined to each other and having perforated lines between poly bags for allowing said poly bags to be easily seperated from each other, the poly bags partially unfolding along the length thereof as they are being pulled out of the cover. Further disclosed is a poly bag pack which comprises a plurality of folded poly bags wrapped in a thin film cover, the cover having an opening for allowing the folded poly bags to be sequentially pulled out therethrough, the folded bags being stacked on top of each other, each folded bag having a portion thereof tucked into an adjacent folded bag, so that when one bag is pulled out of the pack, the adjacent bag to the bag being pulled is also partially pulled out of the pack.

The hand air pump or foot-hand air pump are supported in the saddle post by friction generating means, latch means, support means and/or biasing means. Furthermore, a foot-hand air pump which is substantially cylindrical in shape and having no protruding parts is disclosed. Still further, the air/foot pump has certain parts thereof not only providing their intended function in pumping air but also providing the function of generating friction is disclosed.

Abstract: A telephone ring time registering device for recording and displaying the times of incoming telephone calls while not answering the telephone calls. Also, the number of times the telephone rings during each incoming call is registered, so that the user may further have some indication of the urgency of each incoming call. Also, an answering machine which records an audio signal representative of the times incoming calls were registered at the beginning of each message is disclosed.
