An arm attached to a routing mechanism at the top of the housing allow manipulation of a router on the dispense head. Manipulation by the routing mechanism in a first action purges the gas within the bottle and replaces it with an inert gas. Manipulation by the routing mechanism in a second action dispenses liquid from the bottle.
