Abstract: A method and system for handling an incident affecting a transit agency is provided. The method and system allow for obtaining an indication of the existence of the incident, defining the incident, determining affected items, and securing the affected items as required. The method and system further allow for quantifying the impact of the incident.

Abstract: Systems and methods for demand response transit systems using periodic passes as optional payment for transit services. Booking transit services may include determining if the passenger has a periodic pass and whether such periodic pass can be used to fully or partially pay for such booking. Historical costs and use of periodic passes, having certain characteristics, can further be used to set future prices of such periodic passes.

Abstract: Systems and methods for transit system messaging are disclosed. One or more user computing devices, configured to communicate with a transit system server and access transit system functionality, can communicate in real-time with one another and may further communicate data, or links to data, related to the transit system. Communicated data may further be directly acted upon based on the receiving user computing device's knowledge of the transit system and its data.

Abstract: A method and system for paratransit run-cutting are provided. Expected demand is determined over a set of time intervals for a time period from historical demand data stored in a database. A supply of vehicles required to meet a desired level of the expected demand over each of the time intervals during the time period is estimated. At least partial runs are blocked together from the supply estimated, during the estimating, for each of the time intervals during the time period according to a set of rules.
