Abstract: The present disclosure involves mobile computing devices that communicate with vehicles, through vehicle based communication systems. Various embodiments are disclosed herein which help determine whether the mobile computing device and/or the vehicle have reached a destination location. Further, upon determining that the mobile computing device and/or the vehicle have reached a destination location, various actions may be performed such as determining and/or storing the time of arrival, determining and/or storing the date of arrival, and/or determining and/or storing the location of arrival.

Abstract: Various embodiments of systems and techniques for tracking destinations on a mobile computing device are described. In one or more embodiments, the mobile computing device may comprise or implement hardware and/or software configured to determine arrival at a destination and what is situated at the destination. The processor is configured to display a plurality of first names representing a plurality of electronic devices on the display device, each first name associated with one of the electronic devices, each of the electronic devices being capable of communicating with the mobile computing device.
