    Abstract: A handle for swivelling tools, aperture means within the handle for receiving the stock swivelling of the tool, and internal retaining means for retaining said tool within said handle. A preferred embodiment of the invention enables the insertion or removal of the tool only when the tool is rotated relative to the handle in a first direction. When the tool is used for its tool purposes it swivels or rotates in the second direction and accordingly is retained within the handle.
