  • Publication number: 20230249567
Abstract: The present invention provides a scalable fast charging system for electric vehicles for large parking structures, curb-side charging, work-place charging, or MuD's charging. A centralized power processing unit processes power from AC to multiple HVDC outputs, with these multiple HVDC outputs available in small power increments that lend themselves to be easily paralleled and an optional energy storage system. A centralized switch matrix distributes and shares the power from the power processing outputs to any one, or any multiple, dispensers based on the power needs at the various dispenser. A centralized cooling system cools various cables and charging cables in the dispensers and is located away from the dispensers where more space is available. An array of small dispensers are installed at the point of use where the vehicles are to charge. Further, a switch matrix controller optimizes delivery of power to each of the dispensers to optimizer overall performance.

  • Patent number: 11630785
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to improving data transfer speed. A data storage device includes both a controller and a memory device. The controller provides instructions regarding read and/or write commands to the memory device through the use of control lines. The data to be written/read is transferred between the controller and the memory device along data lines. The control lines typically are not used during data transfer. During data transfer, the control lines can be used to increase data transfer speed by utilizing the otherwise idle control lines for data transfer in addition to the data lines. Hence, data transfer speed is increased by using not only the data lines, but additionally the control lines. Once the data transfer is complete, the control lines return to their legacy function.

  • Publication number: 20210272619
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to efficient reading that avoids line discharging between reads. When multiple read commands are present for a common word line, those read commands can be arranged from lowest sensing voltage to highest sensing voltage. Because the sensing voltage increases for each read command, and the read commands are for the same word line, the normal discharge that occurs after the sensing in the read operation can be eliminated until the highest sensing voltage read command has been executed. At that point, the discharging can occur. Because a discharge does not occur after each sensing in the read operation, the read efficiency is improved.

  • Patent number: 11093606
Abstract: System for detecting a cyber-attack of a SCADA system managed plant. Each industrial computerized device of the system comprises a processor configured with a data validation module to determine whether data flow outputted from a SCADA-connected controller is authentic, and with an alert issuing mechanism activated following detection that the outputted data flow is indicative of a cyber-attack. The at least one dedicated industrial computerized device is operable to passively monitor in parallel data communicated between each of the controllers and the SCADA system including the outputted data at the nearest points of each of the controllers; seek mismatches between the plant state and the physical operation model; if a mismatch is detected, determine whether the mismatch is indicative of a cyber-attack perpetrated with respect to one of the controllers or an operational malfunction; and upon detecting a cyber-attack, activate the alert issuing mechanism to issue a security alert.
