The solar panel unit comprises at least one solar panel, a charge controller and a rechargeable battery. The solar panel is connected to the rechargeable battery through the charge controller. The illumination unit is connected to the rechargeable battery through the charge controller. At least one solar panel and the illumination unit are fitted on vertically top position of the base frame and the rechargeable battery is attached to a bottom surface of the base frame.
