An event generation unit is called at the beginning of the execution of a JOB, at the end of the execution of the JOB and at the close process of the file input-output process, by the JOB execution control unit. The JOB start event, end event, and close event are generated by the event generation unit. A file input/output count acquisition unit is called to generate a file input/output count for each JOB, by the JOB execution control unit. The monitoring process thereby generates the execution record comprising the end code, the start time, the end time, the execution time, the file input/output count, and the error flag for each JOB, based upon the above mentioned events.
