    Abstract: A picture-making device which comprises in combination a picture-making plate and a transfer film. The picture-making plate comprises a base plate with an adhesive layer disposed on one surface of the base plate and a liner superposed releasably on the adhesive layer. The transfer film carries on one surface thereof a releasable layer to be transferred in part to a portion of the adhesive layer from which a corresponding overlying portion of the liner has been removed.
