  • Patent number: 11471141
Abstract: A powder spray device includes a funnel member, a first three-way joint, an air-current supply tube, a discharge tube, a vibration motor, a bypass air-current tube, and a switching mechanism. The first three-way joint has a first opening connected to an outlet at a lower end of the funnel member. The air-current supply tube and discharge tube are respectively connected to second and third openings of the first three-way joint. The vibration motor is fixed onto an outer surface of a funnel body of the funnel member. The bypass air-current tube branches off from the air-current supply tube and is connected to the discharge tube. The switching mechanism switches from and to standby state, in which compressed gas is sent only through the bypass air-current tube, to and from spray-coating state, in which compressed gas is sent out through the air-current supply tube, and also through the bypass air-current tube.

  • Publication number: 20220016311
Abstract: A sheet-shaped tissue adhesive/reinforcement includes a base sheet having biodegradability and a communicative porous structure, and an adhesive resin layer fixed and formed on the base sheet. The adhesive resin layer includes a first reactant made of an aldehyded glycan and a second reactant made of partially carboxylated polylysine, and has a molar ratio of 1 as a ratio of an aldehyde group of the first reactant to an amine group of the second reactant. The adhesive resin layer has a structure of granules derived from powder of the first reactant, and a connecting layer derived from the second reactant. The connecting layer connects the granules to each other and fixes each of the granules onto the base sheet, throughout the sheet-shaped tissue adhesive/reinforcement.

  • Patent number: 4783409
Abstract: An immobilized enzyme having reversible solubility is prepared by attaching an enzyme to a copolymer of two of more monomers selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid or an alkyl ester thereof, methacrylic acid or alkyl ester or dialkylamino-alkyl ester thereof, and a vinylpyridine derivative of the general formula [U]: ##STR1## wherein R is an alkyl. Preferred capolymers are methacrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate-alkyl acrylate, methacrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate, alkyl acrylate-methacrylic acid, alkyl acrylate-methacrylic acid-alkyl acrylate, alkyl acrylate-methacrylic acid-2-methyl-5-vinylpyridine and dialkylaminoalkyl methacrylate-alkyl methacrylate. The immobilized enzyme has a high activity and can dissolve even in an organic solvent or in a solution containing an organic solvent.

  • Patent number: 4390626
Abstract: An immobilized aminoacylase is prepared by bonding aminoacylase to a water-insoluble porous anion exchanger such as a porous phenolic resin, porous styrene resin, porous silica or porous glass having anion exchange groups and treating the bonded amino-acylase with a crosslinking agent such as an aliphatic dialdehyde. The porous anion exchanger preferably has a pore size of about 150.degree. to 3,000 A.degree., pore volume of about 0.3 to 1.0 m.sup.1 /g, specific surface area of about 10 to 150 m.sup.2 /g and particle size of above 0.1 to 1.2 mm. Preferred anion exchangers are trimethylammonium-introduced styrene resin and trimethylammonium-introduced silica.

  • Patent number: 4224411
Abstract: An immobilized aminoacylase preparation is obtained by adsorbing tannin on a water-insoluble, hydrophilic carrier to give a water-insoluble tannin preparation, adsorbing aminoacylase on the tannin preparation to give a water-insoluble tannin-aminoacylase preparation, and then binding ferric or ferrous ion thereto. The immobilized preparation obtained above sustains a high rate of enzymatic activity for a long period of time when used in an enzymatic reaction thereof with N-acyl-DL-amino acids.
