Abstract: A communication management method for managing communication made by a plurality of users with a computer including a processor, the computer being accessible to a storage device holding user management information including information on users participating in a community, group management information including information on groups to which the users belong, and community management information including information on the community, and the communication management method comprising steps of: registering, by the processor, in a case of receiving a request to let a group join a community from a client terminal, an administrative user of the group designated by the request to the user management information; registering, by the processor, the group designated by the request to the group management information; and registering, by the processor, the group designated by the request to the community management information, to allow users belonging to the group to participate in the community.

Abstract: A system capable of providing information having a large amount of data without spoiling the aesthetic appearance of an object is provided. An information provision terminal device 8 which has received an address corresponding code transmits the address corresponding code to a video transmission device 12 of a broadcasting station. The video transmission device 12 embeds the received address corresponding code as a digital watermark in video to generate a broadcast program (broadcast contents) and transmits the broadcast program. An information address acquisition means 24 transmits the extracted address corresponding code to a management server device 4. An information address transmission means 44 of the management server device 4 reads an information address recorded with the address corresponding code from a recording unit 42 and transmits the information address by return to an information reception terminal device 2.

Abstract: A digital watermark embedding system generates a watermarked image by providing one or more specific regions in an image, each specific region including two or more base regions symmetric with respect to the centroid, and by embedding a watermark in the image while avoiding the specific region. Further, a digital watermark detecting system detects a watermark in a region other than the specific region, by detecting the shape of the specific region in which no watermark is embedded, calculating the centroid position of the specific region as a centroid, and correcting geometric transformation of the image based on the location in the image that corresponds to one or more calculated centroids.

Abstract: The present invention provides an advertising content service system including a client terminal equipped with a camera, and a server that provides an advertising content associated with a digital watermark ID received from the client terminal. The client terminal includes a means for reading a digital watermark image embedded in a medium with the advertising content printed or displayed thereon by using the camera, analyzing the digital watermark image, extracting the digital watermark ID from the digital watermark image, and transmitting the digital watermark ID to the server. The server includes a means for acquiring from a database a detail of the advertising content associated with the digital watermark ID received from the client terminal, and transmitting the detail to the client terminal as a request source for display.
