The laminate has L* being equal to or less than 2.5, a* being in a range of ?2 to 2, and b* being in a range of ?2 to 0.3, each measured from the laminated surface. The carbon nanotube-containing layer above the substrate is formed by coating. The clear layer is transparent resin or glass.
