  • Publication number: 20230058907
Abstract: An antiglare film includes, in order: a substrate; a first layer; and a second layer with an uneven structure including elongated projection portions on a surface opposite to a substrate side and an arithmetic mean height Sa on that side of the substrate is 30 to 160 nm, an average distance between adjacent elongated projection portions is 5 to 80 ?m, a content of particles having a particle diameter of 300 nm or more in the second layer is 0% to 0.1% by mass with respect to a total mass of the second layer, an average film thickness of the second layer is 0.3 to 3 ?m, a haze of the antiglare film is 1% to 20%, and where a surface of the antiglare film on the opposite to the substrate side is rubbed 100 times with #0000 steel wool under a load of 1 kg/cm2, no scratch occurs.

  • Patent number: 10357838
Abstract: An object is to provide a graphite-copper composite electrode material that is capable of reducing electrode wear to a practically usable level and to provide an electrical discharge machining electrode using the material. A graphite-copper composite electrode material includes a substrate comprising a graphite material and having pores, and copper impregnated in the pores of the substrate, the electrode material having an electrical resistivity of 2.5 ??m or less, preferably 1.5 ??m or less, more preferably 1.0 ??m or less. It is desirable that the substrate comprising the graphite material have an anisotropy ratio of 1.2 or less. It is desirable that an impregnation rate ? of the copper in the electrode material is 13% or greater. It is desirable that the substrate comprising the graphite material have a bulk density of from 1.40 Mg/m3 to 1.85 Mg/m3.

  • Publication number: 20180257351
Abstract: An optical film includes a base material film including a (meth)acrylic resin and a first cured layer obtained by curing a first composition including a curable compound, in which the first cured layer is formed of a compatible layer and a first hardcoat layer, the compatible layer and the first hardcoat layer are provided in this order from the base material film side, and a pencil hardness of a surface of the optical film on the first cured layer side is H or more, and a peak intensity value of a power spectrum obtained by means of Fourier transformation of a reflectivity spectrum measured from the first cured layer side of the optical film by means of an optical interference-type non-contact surface shape measurement is 0.001 to 0.030. A method for manufacturing an optical film and an image display device includes the optical film.
