  • Publication number: 20080022582
Abstract: A novel, low cost fishing line resolves various problems posed by conventional fishing lines of braided structure, such as breaking strength, knot strength, low breaking elongation, drape insufficiency and producible length. The fishing line is made up of multiple filaments bound and united by means of a water dispersible resin adhesive. This fishing line realizes reduction of yarn damaging though avoidance of knitting and braiding steps, having such a structure that, due to buildup with enhanced linearity, the inherent strength of fiber can be easily exploited and the structure can be made with high productivity.

  • Patent number: 5231744
Abstract: A plurality of residual strand removing devices for roving bobbins, which correspond in number to the number of fiber types of residual strand of the roving bobbins, are disposed in a transfer line for transferring the spent roving bobbins from a fine spinning frame to a roving frame. The residual strand removing devices are disposed in series to correspond to the respective fiber types. A control unit is arranged for selectively operating the residual strand removing device corresponding to the detected fiber type of the residual strand of the roving bobbin. The residual strand removing device includes a dust collecting box, a lower suction opening, and an upper exit opening. A lower air passage connects the suction opening and an inlet side of the dust collecting box. An upper air passage connects an outlet side of the dust collecting box and the exit opening.

  • Patent number: 5040660
Abstract: A cop sorting and transporting system for a transporting step from spinning machines to winders in a spinning mill. A tab code representative of a type of a yarn of a cop is set arbitrarily to a tab device provided for each of cop magnazines which are provided for accommodating cops therein in order to selectively determine a destination of the cop magazine. The tab code of the tab device can be changed or reset to allow repetitive use of the tab device, which allows common use of the cop magazines to cope with production of many types of spun yarn by small quantities.

  • Patent number: 5026424
Abstract: Compounds of formula I ##STR1## (wherein R represented (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl, cyclohexyl, trichloromethyl, ethoxycarbonyl, or isopropoxycarbonyl) optionally together with dithiocarbamate-type compounds, are effective aquatic antifouling agents.

  • Patent number: 4970856
Abstract: A bobbin transport system for spinning frames for supplying bobbins from bobbin reservoirs to spinning frames in a spinning mill. The spinning frames are divided into dedicated machine groups and a common machine group or groups. Bobbins are supplied to the dedicated machine groups by way of a main transport path and/or a sub transport path, and a communicating transport path for transferring bobbins from the sub transport path to the main transport path is provided for each of the spinning frames of the common machine group or groups. The bobbin transport system for spinning frames makes it possible to change the allotment of numbers of spinning frames for different types of yarns to be set for the common machine group or groups and to distribute different types of bobbins accurately to predetermined spinning frames thereby to enable production of several articles by small quantities without deteriorating the availability factor of the entire spinning frames.
