  • Patent number: 9935512
Abstract: In a permanent magnet rotating electrical machine including a stator, a rotor obtained by stacking a plurality of rotor cores arranged with magnet insertion holes in layers with gaps, and permanent magnets inserted to the magnet insertion holes, the magnet insertion holes are formed on both sides of the duct piece so as to depart from the duct piece disposed between the rotor cores as the magnet insertion holes extend from the side of the center of the rotor core to the outer circumference side, the magnet insertion holes are disposed so as to shift from the duct piece in the circumferential direction of the rotor, and inner circumference side voids having the length in the circumferential direction wider than the thickness in the circumferential direction of the permanent magnets are provided from the inner circumference side ends of the permanent magnets toward the duct piece.

  • Publication number: 20180083555
Abstract: A field winding type synchronous motor includes an exciter 4 and, after starting by forming a short circuit of a field winding 10, excites the field winding by using the exciter, and includes a starting control circuit 30 that outputs a control signal controlling On/Off of a first opening/closing device, in which the exciter and the field winding are connected through the first opening/closing device 1. The starting control circuit includes: a signal transmitting circuit that outputs the control signal at timing, which is detected based on an induced electromotive voltage generated in the field winding, at which switching to a synchronous operation is performed; and a time limit setting circuit that, after a predetermined time elapses after the starting control circuit is started, directs the signal transmitting circuit to output the control signal.

  • Patent number: 9779852
Abstract: The rotating electrical machine of the present invention includes a stator coil obtained by curing the impregnating resin injected into the whole stator coil unit after an electrically insulated coil unit with a mica tape having been wrapped around a conductor is slotted into stator iron core slots via a slot liner. The high-heat-resistance resin component of the slot liner contains at least an epoxy resin having 3 or more epoxy groups. The high-heat-resistance resin component of the mica tape contains at least an alicyclic epoxy resin. The impregnating resin contains a bifunctional epoxy resin, and an acid curing agent having one acid anhydride skeleton. With the impregnating resin, the high-heat-resistance resin components of the slot liner and the mica tape form a liner cured portion and a mica insulating layer portion as an integral unit of different resin compositions inside the slot.
