    Abstract: When an axial gap rotating electrical machine is assembled, stator cores are accurately positioned and a manufacturing process therefor is simplified. The axial gap rotating electrical machine comprises: a housing frame body having a first space in the cylindrical central part thereof and multiple second spaces located in the circumferential direction which have the same distances from the center; a shaft rotatably provided in the first space in the housing frame body; a core placed in each of the second spaces in the housing frame body and a coil arranged around the core; a rotor yoke fixed on the shaft, extended in the direction of the circumference thereof, and having multiple magnets arranged in circumferential positions confronting the cores; and a case having a hole for the shaft and housing the housing frame body and the rotor yoke.

Still further, the stator includes a stator core holding member in a disc form, the stator having a plurality of holes or recessions that are substantially in the same shape as a cross-sectional shape of the stator cores and wherein the stator cores are inserted in the holes or recessions of the stator core holding member and held by fixing in vicinities of respective central portions thereof, the central portions being with respect to the axial direction thereof.

Brush terminals are supported by the holder to conduct electricity between power receiving terminals and brushes. The power receiving terminals have connector portions that are connected with the brush terminals. A wall of the discharge-side cover and a wall of the holder clamp the connector portions therebetween. The wall of the discharge-side cover and the wall of the holder partition an installation space, which is isolated from the fuel passage and in which the connector portions are enclosed.

A pump section has an inlet port and is connected to the case member. A motor section is housed in the case member for driving the pump section. A positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal are supported by an insulative terminal support member fixed to the discharge-side cover. Base portions of the positive and negative electrode terminals are covered by insulative portions. The insulative portions are fitted in fitting holes of the discharge-side cover. The discharge-side cover has guide portions on its inner surface. The terminal support member has engagement projections on opposite side walls thereof. The engagement projections are guided by the guide portions to restrict the discharge-side cover from rotating with respect to the terminal support member.

The bottom face is an inclined surface whose height becomes lower in a direction from generally a center of the motor cover toward the opening.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a motor which includes a stator including a plurality of one-phase stators composed of a pair of stator cores having claw-type teeth and a coil for generating magnetic flux at the claw-type teeth, and a rotor for generating torque at a rotary shaft, wherein the stator core includes a plurality of split cores having the same shape, and the split cores are formed to have a recessed portion and a projected portion to be fitted in the recessed portion. Thereby, by using a plurality of the split cores having the same shape, one stator core is formed. On this occasion, the shape of the split cores is molded so that the recessed portion and the projected portion of one stator core are disposed at positions at which those are fitted to the projected portion and the recessed portion of the opposing stator core, respectively.

In order to provide high efficiency while simplifying manufacturing, the first and second claw poles are formed by compacting of magnetic powder.

    Abstract: In a motor having a pawl-shaped magnetic pole, if a coil is wound like a ring shape so as to be formed, one leader line can be generally drawn out to an external portion from a position close to an outer periphery of a stator, however, the other leader line is drawn out to the external portion from an inner periphery of the stator. Accordingly, the leader line occupies a part of the inner space formed by the stator core, so that there is generated a problem that a space factor of the coil is reduced. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to improve the space factor of the coil. In order to achieve the object mentioned above, a space passing wirings of a plurality of coils therethrough is provided in a part of the pawl-shaped magnetic pole of the stator core of the stator having the pawl-shaped magnetic pole.
