Abstract: A hammer includes a shaft having a beam and two bars and a hand grip having an opening and two holes for engagement with the beam and the bars, each of the holes includes a length longer than that of the bar such that a space is formed in each of the holes when the bar is engaged in the hole. The spaces form a shock absorbing configuration of the handle of the hammer.

Abstract: A hammer including a head, an opening formed in the head, a handle having a bifurcated portion formed on one end for engagement on the side portions of the head, the bifurcated portion of the handle includes two panels each having an orifice aligned with the opening of the head, a rivet engaged through the opening of the head and the orifices of the panels of the bifurcated portion so that the head and the handle are solidly coupled together.

Abstract: A multipurpose plier which comprises two component parts which are pivoted together and each of which has a handle portion, an intermediate portion and a web portion. The intermediate portions can abut against one another tightly, and curved jaw components, means for stripping wire and cutting means are formed on the intermediate portions. Each web portion is provided with a nosed and toothed portion, and a toothed horn. The nosed and toothed portions cooperate to act as a nosed plier, and the toothed horns function as an open wrench. One of the web portion is further provided with a hammer head and a nail pulling claw.

Abstract: A combination of screw spanner and nut breaker includes a head piece having a nut receiving hole and a female threaded longitudinal hole, a tail piece having a first male threaded protrusion and a second male threaded protrusion, each of which is capable of threadingly engaging with the longitudinal hole, a first engaging piece having a first front end having an angled surface formed to match with an angle surface of a nutlike member, a second engaging piece having a second front end having a knife edge and a female threaded cover capable of threadingly engaging with either one of the protrusions to reserve therein the one protrusion. Such a combination bears the function of a screw spanner when the first engaging piece is put between the head and tail pieces and the other protrusion is screwed on the longitudinal hole and can bear the function of a screw nut breaker when the second engaging piece, instead of the first engaging piece, is put between the head and tail pieces.
