Abstract: The present invention concerns a method for adjusting the transmission power of signals transferred by or to a first base station, the first base station being located in the cell of a second base station, the first base station: transfers a first message to the second base station, receives a message comprising information representative of the path between the first base station and the second base station, receives messages transferred by the second base station to mobile terminals, information comprised in at least one message enabling the determination of the coverage of the second base station, computing a metric from both information, adjusting, according to the computed metric, the transmission power of the signals transferred by the first base station to at least a mobile terminal and/or the transmission power of the signals transferred to the first base station by at least one mobile terminal.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a method for transferring information enabling the adjustment of the transmission power of the signals transferred and/or received by a first base station through a wireless interface, a cell of the first base station being at least partly comprised in a cell of a second base station. A mobile terminal for which a handover has been or has to be conducted between the first and second base stations obtains information related to the path between the second base station and the mobile terminal and transfers information to the first base station.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a method for setting or maintaining a preferential condition for a mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is involved in a communication with a remote telecommunication device. The method comprises the steps of: determining if the base station associated to the mobile terminal is involved in an inter cell interference coordination procedure, setting the preferential condition for the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is in a communication through a base station not associated to the mobile terminal, if the base station associated to the mobile terminal is involved in an ICIC procedure, not setting the preferential condition for the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is in a communication with the remote telecommunication device through a base station not associated to the mobile terminal if the base station associated to the mobile terminal is not involved in an ICIC procedure.
