One or more issue features of an input issue data object may be extracted in response to a response creation indication associated with the input issue data object. One or more similar issue data objects may be identified from one or more previous issue data objects based on the one or more issue features. One or more relevant knowledge documents may be identified from one or more knowledge documents based on the one or more issue features. A response template may be generated using a generative AI model and based on the input issue data object, the one or more similar issue data objects, and the one or more relevant knowledge documents. The response template may comprise a preconfigured issue title and a preconfigured issue response. Display of the response template may be caused in an issue tracking user interface.
