  • Publication number: 20220302718
Abstract: The present invention is proposed to improve a conventional two-pin charging device (dumb charger), which stops charging when the battery is fully charged and can avoid the inrush current at any charging stage. A novel intelligent securely charging system is proposed, which includes a control module for controlling the operation of the system, a power conversion module for converting the input AC power ACin into the electricity required by the system, a switch module for passing or interrupting electrical power transformation, and a pre-charging module with impedance higher than the switch module used for limiting the inrush current, and a voltage detection module which detects the battery voltage Vb, the charging voltage Va. Further, the pre-charging module maintains in the on-state at any charging stage, and the switching module is configured to be in the on-state or off-state according to the application of the charging stage.

  • Patent number: 11349325
Abstract: A pulse controlled charging method for higher temperature charging in addition to the current-reducing operation at ambient temperature. A specific software control strategy for these purposes is proposed, which can be divided into two parts, (a) two-stage charging current control at ambient temperature, which sets different current-limiting transient points for chargers with different outputs; (b) high-temperature pulse charging, which utilizes an internal NTC (Negative temperature coefficient) thermistor inside the charger to detect the internal temperature of the charger, if the temperature exceeds a pre-determined value, the charging process will be stopped for a period of time to avoid the temperature of the charger becoming too high.

  • Patent number: 10284114
Abstract: The present invention discloses a modulation method for inverter AC waveform. The detailed steps of the modulation method comprise: generating an AC waveform which includes at least three time periods, wherein a middle time period corresponds to a peak segment of the AC waveform, and the remaining time periods are averaged corresponding to the rise and decline segments of the AC waveform; and during the at least three time periods, a duty ratio modulated driving signal is generated according to different duty ratios, so as to modulate the AC waveform and generate a stepping AC waveform converted from the AC waveform. The stepping AC waveform generated by the modulation method of the present invention will have a longer dwell time at zero potential, so as to turn on the AC electric tool more efficiently.
