    Abstract: A lavage device includes a housing unit, a power module, a transmission unit and an irrigation unit. The housing unit includes a housing body that defines a receiving space having an opening, and a cover that covers openably the opening. The power module is disposed in the receiving space, and is removable from the receiving space via the opening when the cover is opened. The power module includes a motor. The transmission unit includes a driven gear coupled to and driven rotatably by the motor, and a push member driven to reciprocate by the driven gear. The irrigating unit is connected to the transmission unit, and is adapted for drawing liquid through the reciprocate action of the push member and performing irrigation.

    Abstract: A warming blanket includes a warm-air generator, a blanket unit, an air-providing tube and a returning tube. The warm-air generator includes a blower that has an air inlet for drawing air, and a heating member for heating air. The blanket unit has first and second air channels. The warm air which is heated by the heating member is transmitted into the first air channel through the air-providing tube, flows through the first and second air channels, and is transmitted back to the air inlet of the blower.

The apparatus comprises an elongated reader body that includes a distal end and a proximal end having a longitudinal axis and a user interface including a display and at least one actuator that controls operation of at least one of the display and the apparatus. The apparatus includes a probe that extends from the distal end of the reader body, the probe including a tip for locating a distal surface of the object. The reader body proximal end is configured to abut an other surface of the object. An electrical resistance-based sensor is provided to determine an extension distance of the probe from the body.
