Abstract: A beater for a drum pedal has a main body, a sleeve, a striking head, a distance adjusting unit, an inner fastening unit, an angular adjusting unit, a fastening set, and a stem. The sleeve is mounted around the main body. The striking head is mounted on the sleeve. The distance adjusting unit is mounted inside the main body. The inner fastening unit is mounted inside the distance adjusting unit. The angular adjusting unit is mounted through the distance adjusting unit and the inner fastening unit. The fastening set is connected to the inner fastening unit and abuts against the sleeve. The stem penetrates the sleeve, the main body, the inner fastening unit, and is connected to the angular adjusting unit. Operating the fastening set can tighten or loosen the inner fastening unit and adjust the distance adjusting unit and the angular adjusting unit.

Abstract: A drum pedal assembly has a shaft, a bushing and a balancer. The shaft has a first end. The bushing is mounted securely around the first end and has two ends and a through hole. The through hole of the bushing is defined axially through the bushing and is mounted around the first end. The balancer is mounted securely around the bushing and has an outer surface, a shaft hole, a threaded hole and a bolt. The shaft hole is defined axially through the balancer and is mounted around the bushing. The threaded hole is mounted radially in the outer surface of the balancer and communicates with the shaft hole. The bolt is mounted in the threaded hole and presses against the shaft. When the bushing is worn, only the worn bushing has to be replaced.

Abstract: A tension unit for a drum set pedal has a mounting shell, a lower locking nut, an upper locking nut, a threaded shaft and a spring. The mounting shell has an inner chamber, a mounting hole, at least one positioning protrusion and a locking ring. The positioning protrusion and locking ring are respectively formed on a top and bottom face of the mounting shell around the mounting hole. The lower locking nut has a threaded hole and an engaging ring engaging the locking ring. The upper locking nut abuts the top face of the mounting shell and has a threaded hole, a position ring engaging the positioning protrusion and an annular groove allowing the upper locking nut to flex. The threaded shaft is mounted through the mounting hole and the locking nuts and engages the locking nuts. The spring is connected to the threaded shaft.

Abstract: A percussion instrument pedal with an adjustable weight has a pedal assembly including a pedal (30) with one end pivotally mounted on one end of the base (60), a weight adjustment device (20) mounted on the bottom of the pedal (30) and having a longitudinal axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the pedal (50), the weight (10) being slidably mounted on the weight adjustment device (20) and used to adjust the center of mass of the pedal (10) by shifting the position of the weight (10) on the weight adjustment device (20).
