Abstract: An advertising board-type sail-type rail-type pneumatic device comprises four portions: the first portion is a driving body portion including blades (1) and fixed seats (5); the second portion is a control portion including angle locks (6), bearings (3), one-way gears (4), one-way guide teeth (7), synchronous rods (8) and synchronous gears (9); the third portion is a transmission portion including chains (12) and rolling wheels (13); the fourth portion is a supporting portion including rails (11), synchronous rod brackets (10) and supporting columns (14). The pneumatic device has the function of outdoor advertising board and wind power generation, so that it can both supply daily power to buildings and produce advertising income. The components of blades (1), fixed seats (5), rails (11), synchronous devices, chains (12), angle locks (6), one-way guide teeth (7) and the like of the pneumatic device are also disclosed.
