    Abstract: In a monitoring region including multiple cells, UE reports KPI parameters and location information to an eNodeB when triggering an A3 event representing that QoS of a neighboring cell is better than a predefined offset of a serving cell. The eNodeB reports the KPI parameters and the location information to an OAM device in each monitoring cycle. The OAM device classifies UEs according to the KPI parameters and a cluster analysis method, and determines according to a cluster analysis result whether there is a disconnected cell in the monitoring region; when determining that there is a disconnected cell in the monitoring region, counts the number of disconnected cells, determines disconnection types of the disconnected cells, locates the disconnected cells according to the location information of the UEs in the SON, and triggers a compensation measurement for each disconnected cell according to the disconnection type of the disconnected cell.

    Abstract: The present invention is designed so that, in a radio communication system in which a plurality of component carriers (CCs) are used in each small cell within a macro cell, the load of measurements, the amount of information to report and so on in user terminals are reduced. The macro base station of the present invention transmits, to a user terminal, measurement indication information that includes a measurement indication for the received power of a measurement signal of a specific CC in each small cell, and receives, from the user terminal, a measurement report that includes the received power of the measurement signal of the specific CC. Also, the macro base station calculates the received quality of the measurement signals of the plurality of CCs based on the received power of the measurement signal of the specific CC.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for PCI classified self-configuration, including: according to the characteristic of PCI code, dividing all PCIs into ?L large groups in accordance with a step length ?L, and then dividing resources of each of the large groups into ?S small groups in accordance with a step length ?S, generating a PCI resource list, and identifying each PCI by three sections of address codes representing a large group number, a small group number and an intra-group number of the PCI, respectively; mapping the PCI resources one by one to new base stations in accordance with a classification that each new station and heterogeneous nodes covered thereby correspond to a small group of PCI resources; allocating a first PCI in each small group of PCI resources to a new base station, and randomly allocating the remaining PCIs in the small group of PCI resources to the covered heterogeneous nodes.

    Abstract: An inter-cell interference coordination method comprises: measuring an interference over thermal noise of a first subcarrier resource block in an uplink direction and obtaining an interference over thermal noise measurement value by a first base station; judging whether a first high interference indicating message is received from a second base station when the interference over thermal noise measurement value is larger than a first preset threshold value by the first base station; sending an overload indicator message to the second base station which has sent the high interference indicating message or shielding the first subcarrier resource block by the first base station when the first high interference indicating message is received; and sending the overload indicator message to base stations to which all the neighboring cells belong by the first base station when the first high interference indicating message is not received. The overhead at X2 interface is reduced according to the present invention.
