  • Patent number: 11868476
Abstract: Some embodiments may facilitate boot-specific key access to perform cryptographic operations. A first boot record and a second boot record may be generated independently in response to a request to boot a virtual device. The first and second boot records may be compared and in response to a match between the first boot record and the second boot record, an identify certificate may be obtained. Authorization to access and use a key for cryptographic operations may be obtained in response to a verification of the identity certificate by a cryptographic processor.

  • Publication number: 20230091320
Abstract: The present invention provides a hardware-friendly framework for implementing a point-of-care diagnosis hardware tool for practical end-user convenience, power saving and resource utilization. The hardware tool is non-invasive and comfortable for the patient, as a primary means of differential diagnosis between two neuromuscular diseases such as neuropathy and myopathy. The provided hard-ware tool comprises a feature extractor configured to receive electrodiagnostic signals (preferably EMG signals) of a patient and extract one or more features from the collected signals; and a classifier configured to receive the extracted features and classify a neuromuscular disease for the patient based on the extracted features. The classifier is a single layer machine-learning perceptron trained with datasets consisted of electrodiagnostic signals of patients to perform a linearly separable binary classification.

  • Patent number: 11574680
Abstract: The present invention provides a power efficient content-addressable memory (CAM) architecture that is implementable on FPGAs. The provided CAM architecture comprises an array of CAM cells having a width CW and a depth CD, and being grouped into a B number of memory banks. Each of the CAM cells is configured for storing a memory bit and comprises a plurality of flip-flops configured to store at least a masking bit indicating the ternary nature of the stored memory bit and a storing bit saving the binary information of the stored memory bit. The provided CAM architecture allows activating only one bank in multiple banks irrespective of nature of the data set and is updated in a single access and saves power consumption by only accessing the memory in the activated bank. The dynamic power consumption is reduced by 40% compared with the state-of-the-art FPGA-based CAMs.

  • Patent number: 10652782
Abstract: According to an aspect, there is provided a network node comprising means for performing the following. Initially, a trained machine learning algorithm for predicting a probability of failed delivery of data packets based on measurements is maintained in a database. The network node performs, for each of its wireless communication links, the following. The network node causes performing measurements relating to a first wireless communication link to form a measurement data set and predicts, using the trained machine learning algorithm and the measurement data set, a probability of failed delivery of a data packet over the first wireless communication link. The network node determines whether the probability of failed delivery of the data packet exceeds a threshold. If it does, the network node transmits to a first receiver the data packet over the first wireless communication link and one of a copy of the data packet and redundancy data.
