The processor may be configured to activate a first channel for providing a push-to-talk (PTT) service and deactivate a second channel for providing the PTT service in a state in which the first channel and the second channel are generated, transmit a first message associated with the first channel including information indicating that the first channel is activated, through the communication module circuitry to a PTT server configured to provide the PTT service, transmit a second message associated with the second channel including information indicating that the channel is deactivated, through the communication module circuitry to the PTT server, output first media data associated with the first channel using first part of the output device.
