  • Publication number: 20170038408
Abstract: A piezoelectric shock sensor includes a lower cover, a piezoelectric element in which first and second piezoelectric sheets are stacked, and an upper cover. Each of the first and second piezoelectric sheets has a cantilever portion and a frame portion formed integrally with each other. First and second internal electrodes are formed on the first and second piezoelectric sheets, respectively. First and second lead portions, respectively electrically connected to the first and second internal electrodes, are exposed through opposing side surfaces of the piezoelectric element.

  • Patent number: 8331079
Abstract: A multilayer ceramic capacitor and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a capacitive part, a passivation layer, and first and second outer electrodes. In the capacitive part, a plurality of dielectric layers and a plurality of first and second inner electrodes are alternately laminated, and ends of the first and second inner electrodes are alternately and respectively exposed in a direction of lamination of the dielectric layers. The passivation layer is provided at either or both of the top and bottom surfaces of the capacitive part. The first and second outer electrodes are electrically connected to the first and second inner electrodes exposed in a direction of lamination of the dielectric layers. One or more inner electrodes disposed at both ends in a direction of lamination among the plurality of inner electrodes include oxide represented by Ni—Mg—O.

  • Publication number: 20110171589
Abstract: There is provided a sintering furnace for a ceramic product and a sintering method using the same. A sintering furnace for a ceramic product according to an aspect of the invention may include: a furnace body having an insulating material provided therein; at least one setter arranged in the furnace body and having a ceramic molded product loaded on an upper side thereof; a heater supplying heat to the ceramic molded product; and a gas supply device disposed under the setter or around the heater so that a uniform temperature gradient is maintained inside the furnace body. According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a sintering furnace for a ceramic product and a sintering method using the same that can prevent changes in the characteristics of a ceramic product by a temperature gradient during sintering by reducing temperature variations inside a sintering furnace.
