  • Patent number: 11434093
Abstract: An image inspection apparatus is capable of inspecting an image on a print sheet as an inspection object with high accuracy while conveying the print sheet from an upstream conveyance unit to a downstream conveyance unit. The image inspection apparatus inspects the print sheet conveyed at a first conveyance speed with a first conveyance unit of a printing device, with a first inspection unit, while conveying the print sheet at a second conveyance speed with a second conveyance unit of an inspection device. The first inspection unit is provided in a position downstream of an intermediate position between the first conveyance unit and the second conveyance unit by a length longer than a half of the length of the print sheet. Even when the first conveyance speed and the second conveyance speed are not substantially the same, no disorder occurs in the image read with the first inspection unit.

  • Publication number: 20160214814
Abstract: A print sheet transfer device has upstream rollers, downstream rollers, and a pair of first and second guide plates movable between a guide position and a release position for a print sheet. When the guide plate is moved from the guide position to the release position, the upstream side of the print sheet held with the upstream rollers is fed in a transfer direction in accordance with the movement. When the downstream side of the print sheet is held with or thrusted against the downstream rollers, a sag is formed in the print sheet between the upstream rollers and the downstream rollers. It is possible to easily perform an operation to remove the print sheet.

  • Patent number: 6302017
Abstract: A stencil printing machine comprises a feed-per-revolution detecting unit for detecting a feed-per-revolution of the stencil sheet on the basis of the rotation amount of the detecting roller for a given time; and a control unit for calculating a driving speed of the platen roller correspondingly to the feed-per-revolution detected by the feed-per-revolution detecting unit and such a standard feed-per-revolution that the platen roller should be originally transported for the given time, and then controlling the driving unit in the manner that the driving unit rotates the platen roller at the calculated driving speed. Upon stencil-making, the error of the feed-per-revolution of the stencil sheet is corrected and then the driving of the platen roller is controlled.

  • Patent number: 5575213
Abstract: A stencil discharging unit of a rotary stencil printing machine has a feeding unit and a stencil discharging container. The feeding unit has a first feeding means and a second feeding means. The first feeding means that is on the upper side includes groups of pulleys and groups of belts. The second feeding means that is on the lower side includes groups of pulleys and groups of belts. The pulleys in each group are pitched at a predetermined interval in an axial direction. The respective pulleys are supported by support members that are independent of one another. Each support member is mounted on a plate member that has bending resiliency. Springs urge the plate member upward. With the plate member bent, the respective pulleys are displaced independently of one another.
