Abstract: A storage, grinder and dosage dispensing device having a top cap body, a middle section body and a bottom cup. The middle section body rotatably engages the top cap body beneath the plurality of downwardly protruding top grinding knives. The bottom cup removably attaches to the top cap body or the middle section body forming an airtight storage chamber. The storage, grinder and dosage dispensing device is configured to simultaneously grind and tear material inserted into the top cap body by the plurality of downwardly protruding top grinding knives and a plurality of grinding teeth in an upper section of the middle section body as the top cap body is rotated on the middle section body creating ground material, which is then passed through a plurality of holes to a middle section chamber.
