    Abstract: In thread cutting mechanism portions of a lower thread winding device, two groove portions of an inner threading groove portion and an outer threading groove portion are formed on a holder. In the inner threading groove portion, one end portion is opened to one of an intersecting direction intersecting with a radial direction of the holder at an outer peripheral portion of the holder and another end portion is located at an inner side of a small-diameter bobbin in the radial direction. The outer threading groove portion is located at an outer side of the inner threading groove portion in the radial direction of the holder. In the outer threading groove portion, one end portion is communicated with the inner threading groove portion and located at the outer side of a large-diameter bobbin in the radial direction and another end portion is located at the inner side of the large-diameter bobbin in the radial direction.

    Abstract: In a sewing machine, an elevating unit is configured to be integrally raised and lowered with a threading lever of a threading apparatus. Furthermore, an operating lever is coupled to a lever interlocking mechanism that interlocks with the rotational operation of the operating lever. Upon pressing threading lever downward from an initial position when operating lever is at an operating position, an elevating unit engages with lever interlocking mechanism. Operating force applied to threading lever is transmitted to operating lever via lever interlocking mechanism, thereby turning operating lever from operating position to non-operating position. Accordingly, even when a presser is at a raised position, by pressing threading lever downward, operating lever is turnable from operating position to non-operating position, thereby allowing presser to return to pressing position.

    Abstract: In feed dog mounting/unmounting mechanism, lever is slidably provided to feed base in the front-rear direction, and is forced backward by a lever force-applying spring. Upon sliding lever rearward, fixing target portion of feed dog 22 is fixedly held by base-side fixing portion of feed base and lever-side fixing portion of lever arranged in the front-rear direction. Stopper is provided to feed base so as to be movable in the upper-lower direction, and holds lever. When feed dog is mounted, stopper is pressed downward by feed dog, which moves stopper so as to allow lever to slide. With this, lever is slid due to force applied by the lever force-applying spring, thereby allowing fixing target portion to be held, interposed between base-side fixing portion and lever-side fixing portion.

    Abstract: A presser foot has a rod pin and is received by an engagement groove provided with a presser holder. By measuring the resistance value of the rod pin, the rod pin is identified. Terminals are provided with the engagement groove, which contact the rod pin for measuring the resistance. The terminals are connected to a circuit that connects to a circuit of a presser bar. A receiving groove is formed at the presser holder, an inserting part is formed at the lower end of the presser bar, and the presser holder is connected to the presser bar by setting the inserting part in the receiving groove and fixing it. The terminals and the circuit are provided with the inserting part connecting to the electrical resistance measuring apparatus where the resistance of the rod pin is measured, then determination apparatus identifies the rod pin and a display informs the result.

    Abstract: The presser foot 1 has a rod pin 10 as resistor member R, the engagement groove 20 is provided with the presser holder 2, the rod pin 10 is received by the engagement groove 20, and fixed by the fix pin 15. By measuring the resistance value of the rod pin 10, the rod pin 10 is identified and recognized the type or the like of the rod pin 10. The terminals 23, 23 are provided with the engagement groove 20, which contact the rod pin 10 for measuring the resistance. The terminals 23, 23 are connected to the circuit 25 that connects to the circuit 35 of the presser bar 3 at the receiving member 24. The receiving groove 29 is formed at the presser holder 2, the inserting part 39 is formed at the lower end of the presser bar 3, and the presser holder 2 is connected to the presser bar 3 by setting the inserting part 39 in the receiving groove 29 and fixing by the fixing screw 27.
