Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of providing moving-image advertisements and coupons using VoIP. The present invention provides a method of providing moving-image advertisements and coupons using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). According to the above-described present invention, advertisements for products are provided in the form of moving images in a video call reception standby state, so that users can ascertain the content of the advertisements and the drawing of the attention of users towards the moving-image advertisements is increased, thereby maximizing the effects of the advertisements and also promoting the purchasing of products. A user and his or her counter party can be provided with coupons while on a video call, so that a minimum number of persons for cooperative buying can be easily achieved.
