    Abstract: A method for accessing call information communicated between a source terminal and a target terminal over a carrier network is provided. The method includes receiving, at a real-time duplication server (RTDS), context information specified by a user of the source terminal that defines information to be communicated to the target terminal prior to establishment of an audio/visual call between the source terminal and target terminal. The method also includes converting, by the RTDS, the context information into a visual representation of the context information; and communicating, by the RTDS, the visual representation of the context information to a user.
